This policy explains how Unbroken Ads LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in EmailerPros, the email service for our own coupon websites, and on emailerpros.com.
The short version
- We only email people who signed up on one of our sites and confirmed their address.
- We never sell, rent or share your email address with other companies for their marketing.
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Our sites
EmailerPros is the email service for these Unbroken Ads LLC websites. The deals and articles in our emails can come from any of them:
- Fun Coupons (funcoupons.net)
- Trusted Coupon (trustedcoupon.com)
- Hot Coupons (hotcoupons.net)
- Health Corners (healthcorners.com)
- Tech Busy (techbusy.org)
- Home Catalog (homecatalog.org)
Information we collect
- When you sign up: your email address, the site and store you signed up on, the page and date, the sign-up wording you agreed to, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to stop abuse.
- When you confirm or unsubscribe: the date and what you chose.
- When we email you: a sending record (date, which email, and whether it was delivered, bounced or marked as spam).
- When you click a link in an email: which link was clicked and when, so we know which deals are useful. We don't use tracking pixels to see when you open an email.
- If you contact us: your message and contact details. Our contact form is run by Fillout, which stores your submission for us.
Our pages on emailerpros.com don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The Contact page loads the Fillout form.
How we use it
- To send the emails you asked for, and to honor unsubscribes.
- To stop sending to addresses that bounce or report spam, and to prevent abuse.
- To see which deals and stores are useful so we send fewer, better emails.
- To answer your requests and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the service for us: Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Kinsta and Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and Fillout (contact form). They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- Our own sites: the site you signed up on (operated by Unbroken Ads LLC).
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
When you click a store link in an email, you go to that store or an affiliate network. Their privacy policies apply there; we don't control them.
How long we keep it
- Subscriber records: while you're subscribed.
- After you unsubscribe, or if an address bounces or reports spam, we keep the address on a do-not-email list so we never email it again.
- Sending and click records: up to 24 months, then deleted automatically.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email. See Email preferences.
- Access, correction and deletion: ask us at privacy@emailerpros.com. Deleting your address fully means we can't keep it on the do-not-email list, so we'll tell you if that's the case.
US state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others with privacy laws) may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information. We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights.
People in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland: our legal basis for sending emails is your consent, which you can withdraw any time by unsubscribing. We rely on legitimate interests to keep do-not-email lists and prevent abuse, and on legal obligations where they apply. You may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, ask for a copy, and complain to your local data protection authority.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll answer within the time the law requires.
Security
The service uses HTTPS and limited access. Sending keys are kept outside the database. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
International
EmailerPros is run from the United States, and our providers may process data in the US. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Our emails are not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child signed up, contact us and we'll remove the address.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
