These terms apply to the emails sent through EmailerPros and to emailerpros.com, operated by Unbroken Ads LLC. By signing up for our emails or using this site, you agree to them.
The service
EmailerPros sends free deal emails for our own coupon websites to people who signed up and confirmed. You can stop them any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Coupons and deals
- Codes and deals in our emails are offered by other companies' stores. We work to share only codes that worked when we checked them, but stores can change or end offers at any time.
- Offers may have conditions, like a minimum order, certain products, first order only or an end date. The store's terms apply.
- We don't sell, ship or handle any products, and we're not part of any purchase you make. Orders, returns and customer service are handled by the store.
Affiliate links
Many links in our emails are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission. It never changes your price.
Fair use
Please don't sign up other people without their permission, use fake addresses, or try to disrupt the service.
No warranties
The emails and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Unbroken Ads LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss from using an email, a coupon or deal, or a purchase from a store. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
